EXHIBITOR/VENDOR FAQ
- When can I set up my table? Set-up is on Tuesday from 2 - 7 pm (exceptions may apply for exhibitors with long commutes). All tables should be set-up on Tuesday unless otherwise agreed upon with our staff. Clean-up can start after the last afternoon break.
- How many attendees should we expect? On average, the overall conference attendance is around 400.
- Where will I get my name tag and swag bag? ALL exhibitors/vendors and their guests/staff must sign in at the registration table close to the Gibson Street entrance of the Pablo Center (opposite side of the main entrance) on the day of the event. Name tags cannot be picked up the day before.
- Are tablecloths provided? No, all exhibitors/vendors must bring their own tablecloth.
- Is there a designated parking lot for exhibitors/vendors? Exhibitors and vendors may unload next to the front or back entrance of the Pablo Center, then move their vehicle to a self-pay, two-hour street parking spot or parking ramp. We'll notify attendees if we can provide free parking. Please do not park in the gravel lot next to the Pablo Center. The Women’s Business Conference is not responsible for any parking tickets. If you are unsure whether you are parked in a legal spot, please ask the volunteers at the registration table. Parking | City of Eau Claire, Wisconsin
- How will I get my table number? Table numbers will be distributed via the registration form. All tables will be marked with the corresponding business name and there will be a map available on set-up day and the day of the event.
- Do I need to bring my own table? A 5-ft table with two chairs will be provided (pink tables on map). Upgrade to a 6-ft perimeter table for an addtional fee (includes an electrical outlet, see purple tables on map).
- How does the raffle prize drawing work? Exhibitors must provide a raffle item ($25 minimum value) and display it on their tables on the day of the event. You'll receive a box to collect the raffle tickets at your table and volunteers will draw the winner(s) in the afternoon. We cannot share the raffle slips with you due to our privacy policy. You can do a second prize drawing or provide an email sign-up list if you want to collect contact information.
- Can exhibitors/vendors attend the presentations? Exhibitors receive tickets for two staff. Registered individuals may attend any of the break-out sessions throughout the day. At least one person must be at the table during breaks.
- What food options will be available? A hot breakfast buffet starting at 7:30 am and afternoon snacks are included; lunch options are available for purchase (see registration). A limited number of meals will be available for purchase on the day of the conference (ask at registration table in lobby or volunteer/staff).
