The studio offers classes seven days a week for all experience levels in heated and non-heated studios. She is known for her love of a Ladder Flow - taking yogis through parts/rungs of the ladder through repetition, then putting everything together before a relaxing cool down. She keeps a consistent connection to breath throughout all classes, highlighting activation and alignment through strengthening transitions instead of aiming for a peak pose. Reese finds joy anywhere surrounded by beautiful plants or out for wings and drinks with her husband, AJ. When not at the studio, you can find her playing around on one of her motorcycles or tinkering in the garage with AJ.
