Exhibitor Information

Table Setup Policy
All exhibitors must set up their table at the Pablo Center on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 from 2 - 7 PM.

Parking Policy
Exhibitors may unload at the venue during the designated setup time, but will have to move their vehicles to another parking lot or ramp for the remainder of the day.

Raffle Prize Requirement
Each exhibitor must donate a raffle prize ($25 value or more) or $25 can be added to your registration. We will provide you with a box to collect raffle tickets. Tickets must remain in the box and cannot be removed by the exhibitor due to our privacy policy. You're welcome to create a separate drawing or email list.

Sales Policy
Exhibitors are allowed to sell products and services at the conference. However, exhibitors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax. Please consult with your tax advisor if you have questions about your sales tax obligations.

Lunch

We would like to purchase lunches for both of our representatives for $15 per person.
After your exhibitor registration is complete, you will receive a link to complete your attendee registration to select your lunch preference.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel your conference registration, you may substitute someone to take your place, at any time, at no cost to you. Please know that we may not have a name tag ready for your replacement unless you send us an email. Ticket holders must notify us at least two weeks before the event in order to qualify for a full refund (minus processing fees). Tickets that aren't canceled within the allowed timeframe will be applied to the next conference (not eligible for refund). Thank you for understanding!
