Cancellation, Changes & Refund Policy
Should you need to cancel your conference registration, you may substitute someone to take your place, at any time, at no cost to you. Please know that we may not have a name tag ready for your replacement unless you send us an email to info@womensbusinessconference.com.
Ticket holders must notify us at least 2 weeks before the event in order to qualify for a full refund (minus processing fees). Tickets that aren't canceled within the allowed timeframe will be applied to the next conference (not eligible for refund). Thank you for understanding!
Parking Policy
Attendees must follow the provided parking instructions. Western Dairyland EOC Inc. will not be held liable for any parking tickets.
Photo and Media Release
By attending this event, I authorize Western Dairyland Economic Opportunity Council, Inc., to release names, photos, video images, sound recordings, statements, letters, artwork and/or information regarding my experiences and my family's experiences with Western Dairyland/Women's Business Conference for use in promotional materials, websites, commercials, publications, fundraisers, presentations, videos, news stories, and/or informative letters to legislators, media, the general public, and other interested parties.
