Note: Businesses that are related to hemp production or prurient in nature aren't permitted (e.g. CBD, D8, D9, boudoir photography, lingerie, and adult products).

2024 PRICING

Early-bird Pricing (until Labor Day at 11:59 pm) 

  • Businesses that employ fewer than 10 people: $200
  • Businesses that employ more than 10 people: $400

Regular Pricing (starting after Labor Day) 

  • Businesses that employ fewer than 10 people: $300
  • Businesses that employ more than 10 people: $500

 

EXHIBITOR/VENDOR INFORMATION

  • New in 2024: ALL exhibitors/vendors must sign in at the registration table close to the Gibson Street entrance of the Pablo Center (opposite side of the main entrance) on the day of the event.
  • New in 2024: All exhibitors/vendors must bring their own table cloth.
  • Set-up is on Tuesday from 4 - 7 pm and Wednesday from 6 - 8 am. Exhibitors must be set up no later than 8 am on the day of the event. Clean-up may begin after the last afternoon break.
  • Parking: Exhibitors/vendors can unload next to the front or back entrance of the Pablo Center on Tuesday and Wednesday, and then move their car to a 2-hour parking spot or parking ramp. Do not park in the gravel lot next to the Pablo Center. We'll provide FREE parking spots at the North Barstow Parking Ramp (next to the Children's Museum, two levels available). A short walk across the bridge by Phoenix Park will take you to the Pablo Center. First-come, first-serve. The Women's Business Conference won't be held responsible for any parking tickets. If you're unsure if you're parked in a legal spot, please ask the volunteers at the registration table. View parking map (scroll to find info).
  • Table numbers will be distributed on a first come first serve basis.
  • A 5-ft table with two chairs will be provided (pink tables on map). Upgrade to a 6-ft perimeter table for a $10 fee (includes an electrical outlet, see purple tables on map).
  • Exhibitors must provide a raffle item ($25 minimum value) and display it on their tables on the day of the event. You'll receive a box to collect the raffle tickets at your table and volunteers will draw the winner(s) in the afternoon.
  • Exhibitors receive two conference admissions ($150 value) for staffing their table. Registered individuals may attend any of the break-out sessions. At least one person must be at the table during breaks.
  • Food: Hot/cold Breakfast Buffet starting at 7:30 am included; Build-Your-Own-Sandwich Lunch Buffet available for purchase during the registration process; Afternoon snacks included.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel your exhibitor registration, please send us a message to info@womensbusinessconference.com or call 715-530-5004. Exhibitors must notify us at least 2 weeks in advance in order to qualify for a full refund. Registrations that aren't canceled within the allowed timeframe will be applied to the next conference (not eligible for a refund). Thank you for understanding!
