The 2008 Women's Business Conference has come and gone!
Keep an eye on this space in January, 2009 for scholarship application information for the 2009 Women's Business Conference.
Please note that this is qualification and application information for the 2008 Women's Business Conference, and is now out of date. Please use it as reference material only.
The 2008 Women's Business Conference was hosted by the Western Dairyland's Women's Business Center, which is partially funded by the U.S. Small Business Administration. We aim to serve those who, because of financial difficulty, wouldn't otherwise be able to afford similar services.
If you are scholarship eligible, you will fall somewhere on the chart below; your registration price is then $15. If you are above the highest income level you will not be eligible for a scholarship and must pay the full amount of the Women's Business Conference fee ($35 if you register on or before April 1, 2007; $45 from April 2 until April 13, 2007 or walk-in on the day of the event). If your household income is below the lowest amount, please indicate that right below the household size.
In order to consider your scholarship request, we require that you fill out the form and register (online or using the mail-in form). This information will be kept completely confidential and will only be used for documentation. You must send in this signed form to:

This information will be kept completely confidential and will only be used for documentation. A limited number of scholarships are available on a first come, first serve basis. Please complete this form (and a registration form, either mail-in or online) and mail it to Western Dairyland with a check for $15 as soon as possible, and no later than April 13th, 2008.

On the chart below please find the number of people in your household, and then under the column of your household size, circle your household income. You will fall in between two income levels; circle the higher of the two income levels. For example, if there are 2 people in your family and you make $16,500, you would circle 2 in household size, then under that column, you would circle $17,500 in row L3. If your income was $17,750 with 2 people in your household, you would circle $21,000 in Level 4. The amount entered at a level is the highest you can make to fall into that level.
