The 8th Women's Business Conference was a huge success! We're sorry if you missed it in 2011, but we're already making plans for the the 9th Annual Western Dairyland Women's Business Conference in 2012. Keep an eye on the website or "like" us on Facebook for the latest news.
If you're thinking of starting, improving or expanding a business, this conference is for you!
The 2011 Women's Business Conference connected attendees with the resources they need to be successful. At this full-day conference, attendees learned from established members of the business community in Western Wisconsin, talked to business assistance providers, and networked with over 500 emerging entrepreneurs.
Nearly 100 businesses were on hand to display their services and products in the exhibitor hall. Twenty educational sessions and roundtables covered a wide range of topics, and one-on-one counseling iwas available to discuss specific business questions.
This is the only conference of its kind in Wisconsin. Join hundreds of women business owners, aspiring business owners and entrepreneurs for a one-of-a-kind day filled with education, advice, and networking.
With over 500 participants from across the Midwest at the 2011 conference, we anticipate exceeding those numbers by continuing to specifically target female entrepreneurs who are starting, expanding and/or working to improve their businesses. Our generous sponsors allow us to keep registration fees low for the attendees and also provide scholarships for low-income individuals.
