Become an Exhibitor
Huge interest in our Exhibitor Hall for the 2008 Women's Business Conference meant it filled up quickly.
If you are interested in exhibiting at the 2009 Women's Business conference, keep an eye on this space in early 2009 for an updated application and price listing.
Exhibitor Table Information
Includes:
- One (1) 8' x 2.5' table - cloth covered
- There will NOT be tubing or skirting.
- Any oversize displays (larger than 8’ x 2.5’ and taller than 6 feet) will be subject to an oversize fee. Please call (715) 836-7511 x171 for pricing!
- (1) Women's Business Conference Admission (including 1 boxed lunch)
- Option to provide (1) Door Prize Item to give away (minimum value TBD for 2009)
Set-up and Tear Down
- Exhibitor Table set-up is allowed Wednesday evening or early Thursday morning.
- All exhibitors must be set up no later than 8:00 am on Conference day.
Food
- Please contact Western Dairyland immediately if you plan on offering a food product for sale. We want to avoid all conflicts with the Plaza Hotel & Suites.
Door Prizes
Offering a door prize is optional; prize must reach a minimum price as set by Western Dairyland. Attendees will receive a list of door prize items and will be encouraged to visit the exhibitors to register for each door prize drawing.
Internet Usage
The Plaza Hotel & Suites is equipped with wireless Internet access. If you do not have wireless Internet capabilities on your computer and require Internet access, please contact Western Dairyland.
Attending Persons
Each exhibitor is allowed one (1) Women's Business Conference admission to attend sessions throughout the day; this includes one (1) lunch. Please register any additional attendees that plan on sitting in on the sessions.
Manning Your Booth
It is in your best interest to have someone at your table during the time slots where exhibitors are open. Please refer to the chart below for the daily schedule (schedule shown is for the 2008 WBC); highlighted rows indicate times of heavy traffic flow.
