Our exhibitor hall fills up quickly. If you are interested in exhibiting at the 2012 Women's Business Conference, we will be releasing updated information in Fall, 2011.
In 2011, an exhibitor boost cost $89 with "Early Bird" registration and $109 with standard registration.
Please note there is Perimeter/Electricity Charge of $15 for booths requiring electricity and/or for booths with displays over 6' tall.
Included in the 2011 exhibitor booth price was:
- (1) Women's Business Conference Admission (including 1 boxed lunch)
- Option to provide (1) Door Prize Item to give away (minimum value $25)

- One (1) 8' x 2.5' table - cloth covered
- There will NOT be tubing or skirting.
- Displays larger than the provided 8' x 2.5' table must pay for two adjoining exhibitor spots.
- Displays taller than six feet must pay an additional $15 fee for a table located in the hallway or along the perimeter of the exhibitor hall.
- Exhibitor Table set-up will be allowed Wednesday, April 20th in the evening and/or Thursday, April 21st from 6:30 am to 7:30 am.
- All exhibitors must be set up no later than 7:30 am on Thursday, April 21st.
- Tear down is at 3:30 pm, after the Door Prize giveaways.
This is the layout (PDF) for the exhibitor booths in 2011. We cannot guarantee placement requests, but if you know of a table or area in which you might like to be situated, let us know on your application.
All exhibitors will have the option of providing a door prize item. When notified, individual exhibitor door prizes may be highlighted by conference organizers in event marketing materials. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting names and distributing their own door prizes on their own time.
Each exhibitor is allowed one (1) Women's Business Conference admission to attend sessions throughout the day; this includes one (1) lunch. Please register any additional employees that plan on sitting in on the sessions or require lunch.
Please contact Western Dairyland immediately if you plan on offering a food product for sale. We want to avoid all conflicts with the Plaza Hotel & Suites.
It is in your best interest to have someone at your table during the time slots where exhibitors are open. Please refer to the chart below for the daily schedule; highlighted rows indicate times of heavy traffic flow.
